Sixteen places go in
Every bracket starts with you. Once nominations close, the sixteen most nominated places are drawn into eight head-to-head matchups at random. No seeding, no favourites and no critics deciding who deserves a spot.
Four rounds, one winner
You get one vote in every matchup. When a round closes, the place with more votes goes through and the next round opens shortly after. If a matchup is tied, the place with more nominations goes through. The field halves each time: sixteen, eight, four, then the final two.
Can I change my vote?
Yes. Until the round closes you can switch sides as often as you like. Once it closes, the result is locked in.
The last place standing is crowned champion, decided by the people who actually eat there.
